How to use Footwear Guru
- Tell us what matters. What will you use your shoes for? What have you liked or disliked? On your phone, you can use your keyboard’s microphone to dictate.
- Keep the conversation going. Ask follow-up questions and correct any details as you narrow your choices.
- Take the next step. Choose Reserve to Try to review your shoes, size, width, and store. Or choose Save fitting notes to make a store visit summary you can save or email to yourself.
- Send and confirm. A reservation opens an email draft. Press Send in your email app; the store will reply to confirm availability and your 48-hour hold.
